It is subtle enough to wear around the office without people questioning your taste level yet cool enough of a design to feel as though you are being brave and trying something different.

I love this- beautiful and understated, but has enough "wow" factor. I also love the muted shade of beige and the neon yellow. I wonder if the neon yellow was painted on first and some sort of tape was placed over so that it could be painted over with the beige nail polish?
